We are currently not offering shipping to the rest of the world via the website, but are happy to provide a custom shipping quote by emailing orders@stevierose.com

Conditions

Estimated delivery times serve as general guidelines and begin from the dispatch date. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, indicating that the order is ready for courier collection. Orders are dispatched on weekdays (Monday – Friday NZT), excluding public holidays. We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.

Rural deliveries may take longer than non-rural ones. Please ensure you provide a physical address as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Please note all deliveries are through a non-signature required service.

Duties & Taxes

While charges may not always apply, duties and taxes will be assessed depending on the order value and the tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods entering the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying any duties and taxes, and these charges will be collected upon delivery.
